Meltemi Village Hotel

Bed and Breakfast stay in one of the Meltemi Village Suits with Jacuzzi pool and sunbeds on private terrace (No views). The breakfast on offer was a bit basic but the food was good and the breakfast room etc was very clean with nice seating area's both inside and beside the larger of the 2 pools and bar. An excellent up to date QR code system was in place for ordering drinks/food which was brought directly to your sunbed or room by staff if you fancied a beer or a snack! The grounds of the hotel were well kept and spotless, lots of flowering shrubs and well placed trees providing extra shade if required. Meltemi Village is well located with restaurants and bars on your doorstep or at the beach (Perissa) which was approximately 400 metres away. The beach front promenade had many restaurants with a couple of bars. But for us what helped to make a great holiday were the staff who were amazing, especially Roi and Maria (reception) always having a smile on their faces and engaging if you needed anything... could not do enough for us!!

We were staying at the end of the resort so it was really quiet, the room overall was fine except the bed, i could feel every move that my mom made and also the pillow was really hard so my neck was hurting, in the breakfast there was a good amount of food and it nice that u can also sit outside next to the pool, the water in the pool was always clean as well as the sun-beds, it takes around 5 minutes to the sea but there is like a big rock in the entrance to the sea and its slippery so i recommend going maybe like 10 minutes and its sandy beach, on the reception the ladies were really nice and helped us get a transport to the airport, but all of the staff were super nice and smiling, i love that there were 2 cat families, one around the rooms and one next to the pool, it was nice seeing them playing and it always made my day😃

Our suite was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with a lovely private terrace with a jacuzzi, covered with bougainvillaea and surrounded by palm trees. Room service and pool cleaning were done daily. All the staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. The food was very good and the service was excellent. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool, and umbrellas and towels were also available for use by the pool. The location was perfect. It was a few minute stroll to the beach. There were ample restaurants, bars and shops.

The hotel staff were happy, courteous and helpful, facilities were great and everywhere very clean - the cleaning team worked very hard to ensure all the communal space was immaculate. Helena our cleaner was delightful and thorough. Joanna & Adrei were very friendly & helpful

The Pool - it's a great size and depth (12 year old child) - plenty of chairs although these were often claimed when everyone went for breakfast. A lot of people seemed to be on package uk holiday at the time we visited. We stayed in probably the cheapest and last available hotel rooms. I booked two hours before we arrived as we stayed in various places in Santorini. Although it had the worst view it was still sound proof and a great size. Affordable food to buy at lunchtime - ie Greek Salad and Cheese/Burger Chips were 20 Euro. Free ice cream in the afternoon. The wonderful gentlemen at the Bar was so helpful and a very wonderful smile. Staff at Reception - Very warm and helpful The Bed and Sheets - OMG the sheets felt so great, bed was very comfortable and to our liking. Breakfast - Something for everyone. Yogurt, Fruit, Toast, Cooked items (crepes, bacon, sausage, beans)... and some lively sweet treats. Public bus stop outside the hotel - you do not need to get off at the last stop.
